Each session begins with a short introduction, followed by a gentle guided experience that helps you relax, become present, and settle into the field. After that, you're free to stay for as long as you'd like.

If you're on your way to another presentation, you'll leave with a meaningful experience within 20 minutes. If you'd like to go deeper, you're welcome to remain, ask questions, or simply continue enjoying the space.
