FREE LECTURE

The FREE Lectures are 45 Minute presentations, complementary to our Exhibitors until the Lecture Program is full. The Lecture Grid fills up quickly, especially the prime times, and we encourage early booking to get your choice of Lecture times!! There are over 100 Lectures throughout the weekend that are FREE to the general attendee. The breakout room is equipped with Audio, PowerPoint, and a PC. Your presentation is published in the Program Guide and on the Expo website.

 FREE WORKSHOP

The FREE Workshops are 90 Minute presentations, available only with purchase of a Full Page Ad in the Expo Program Guide. (An Exhibit Booth is NOT required.) There are over 50 Free Workshops and they are FREE to the general attendee. (Please note: All workshop content is screened for ‘appropriateness’ before a contract is approved.) The room is equipped with Audio, PowerPoint, and a PC. Your Workshop will be presented in the main Speaker section of the Program Guide, along with your full page Ad.

PAID KEYNOTE WORKSHOP & POST CONFERENCE

Speakers for the Paid Keynote Workshops and Monday Post Conference Seminars are selected independantly by the Expo Program Committee.
