REFUND POLICY for ATTENDEES (eff. July 2025)

 

Payment Terms and Refunds

Full Payment due at Registration through the Ticket Payment Window. All pre-sale tickets will be available at Will Call. Beginning the Friday before the event, the online prices will be the same as the at-event prices.  

Refunds (less the combined Credit Card transaction fees of 8%) are available if notified at least 3 days before the Expo. All refunds will be returned to the original Credit Card used for the transaction. If notified within 3 Days of the event, refunds will be made in the week after the Expo. Please call 1-800-367-5777 with your original Order # if you cannot attend.

Security

  1. Neither the Expo nor the Hilton are responsible for replacement of lost or stolen property. NEVER LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY UNATTENDED
  2. All lost items are turned into Hotel security. If you have a lost item, please check in with Hotel security via the security office at the right of the Hotel check in desk.
  3. In the event that any outside cause impacts the Expo, such as war, fire, any Act of God, pandemics, etc., the Management reserves the right to retain Attendee payments and apply them to future events.
  4. Attendees are financially responsible for any damage caused by them to any Hilton Hotel property.
  5. Neither the Conscious Life Expo nor the Hilton Hotel nor their agents and employees shall be held liable for, and are hereby released from liability, for any damage, loss, harm or injury to any person or property resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause while attending the Conscious Life Expo.

This is a private event and the Conscious Life Expo and/or the Hilton Hotel reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave the property.

Unruly attendees will be escorted off premises by security

It is expressly understood and agreed by the attendee that these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract between the attendee and the Expo. Our aim and intention are to create a safe and secure environment for exhibitors, speakers, and guests.
