Who is on the Moon and Mars?

We'll take a tour through official NASA imaging of strange, potentially artificial structures, formations, and phenomena on, above, and below the surfaces of the Moon and Mars. And we'll explore different reasons - from Carl Sagan among others - to think that extraterrestrials could have left something behind in our solar system long ago, perhaps even active technology. We'll also look at the national security context in which NASA was founded, through the Space Act of 1958, the Brookings Report of 1960, and the NASA-DOD joint Clementine mission to the Moon, that might explain NASA's past (and perhaps present) resistance to publicly discussing UAPs and potential techno-signatures.
