This workshop explores how sound, breath, and rhythmic entrainment support nervous system regulation and hormonal stability. Participants engage in evidence-informed practices including resonance breathing, vocal toning, and rhythmic movement, and learn how synchronized rhythm supports emotional resilience, social connection, and long-term wellbeing.
