A Day Pass or Comination Badge is required for entry to the Expo

Keynote Workshop and Special Event tickets required for Paid events

How much does it cost?

   Day Passes: Range from $55 to $65 for individual days; a Three-Day Silver Pass is $125.

Day Passes gain access to the Exhibit Halls and ALL Free events.

   Platinum Badges: Grants access to ALL events *

Platinum Badges also available for individual days.

   VIP Badges: All Access to all events* with extra amenities: priority seating, VIP Lounge, concierge registration.

      VIP Badges are inuclded in all the Diamond Get-Aways

   Diamond Get-Aways:  Exclusive VIP Badge combined with Hilton accommodations

 You can choose which nights you want to stay at the Hotel

   Paid Workshops and Special Events: Range between $20 and $95, depending on the event.

Tickets are available onsite for last minute decisions. Some events will be sold out.

Are there senior discounts?

   Senior discounts are the same price as Advance tickets.(must be 75)

Are the Exhibit Halls included?

   Yes, ALL Day Passes and Combination Passes include access to the Exhibit Halls.

What if I want to change my tickets?

   For changes to ticket selections, tell the Registration clerk when you pick up your ticket at the Expo

How do I get my tickets?

   All tickets are held at Will Call available to pick up beginning on Friday morning 9am

Can I purchase my tickets at the event?

   Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site if not bought in advance.

How do I find out if a specific speaker is at the Expo appear at the Expo?

On the Expo Home Page, in the upper right corner is a Search Engine.

Do I need a ticket?

Yes, a Day Pass or Platinum Badge is required for entry. Some events require additional paid tickets as noted

Which are the Free Special Events, and which are Paid?

The Workshop Grid identifies FREE and PAID events. Also, go to the individual event on the website.

How does the seating work?

Diamond VIP Badge holders have priority access for ALL events. First come first seated after that.

Can I buy workshop tickets at the event?

Yes, workshop tickets are available for purchase at the event. However some events will be sold out.

What are the benefits of the Diamond VIP program?

The VIP program provides priority access to ALL events and includes VIP Lounge entry.

Are the Exhibit Halls free?

Yes, Exhibit Hall access is included with a Day Pass or Platinum Pass.

Where are the Exhibitors located?

On three floors of the LAX Hilton

The International and Pacific Ballrooms on the Lobby floor

The Plaza Ballroom in the Lower Lobby

The Mezzanine floor up the staircase or elevator.near the Speaker rooms.

Is there a list of Exhibitors and their booth #?

A full list of Exhibitors and booth numbers is available on the Expo website and in the Program Guide.

Where is the Conference?

The Expo is held at the LAX Hilton, 5711 W Century Blvd, in Los Angeles, near the LAX Airport

Should I stay at the Hotel?

Yes. Staying at the LAX Hilton is convenient and makes the entire experience easier. Plus, meet like minded people.

What’s the best way to get there?

Options include driving, rideshare services, and public transportation; the hotel is near LAX airport.Parking at the Hotel is $15/day

Where can I park?

Discounted parking is available at the LAX Hilton, but there are very long lines. Find Wally Park nearby. Wally Park is about $25/day
