Is Consciousness More Fundamental Than the Brain?

What if consciousness is not something the brain creates, but something the brain allows us to experience? Neuroscientist Dr. Diane Hennacy explores a remarkable possibility: that beneath the physical world lies an invisible order connecting everything, including our minds. Drawing on extraordinary abilities reported by autistic savants, investigations of apparent telepathy, and discoveries in neuroscience and physics, she examines how the brain constructs and filters our experience of reality. Could some individuals perceive relationships and information that ordinarily remain hidden from awareness? And if consciousness is more fundamental than we have assumed, what might that reveal about who we really are?

Diane Hennacy MD., Johns Hopkins trained Neuropsychiatrist, expert on autism & savant syndrome and author of the ESP Enigma: A Scientific Case for Psychic Phenomena, whose work inspired ‘The Telepathy Tapes’. Former Harvard Faculty member, she founded the Hennay Institute to advance innovative research on human consciousness.
