Entheogenic Medicine Symposium

As a subject of study, Entheogenic Medicine includes both plant based and synthesized psychoactive substances.

Explore the fascinating and transformative world of entheogens at the Conscious Life Expo Post Conference. The symposium on Entheogenic Medicine is a comprehensive live event delving into both plant-based and synthesized substances which are being used for healing, spiritual growth, and personal transformation. This symposium brings together experts, practitioners, and enthusiasts to discuss the roots of plant and synthesized medicine, how these substances are being used today, and future possibilities of entheogenic medicines.

Session 1: Origins of Entheogenic Medicine

This session traces the historical use of entheogens, from indigenous practices to the introduction of synthesized substances. Gain insights into how ancient cultures have traditionally used plant-based medicines, such as Ayahuasca and Peyote, along with the modern discovery and applications of, for example, LSD and DMT, with the emphasis on how the spiritual and therapeutic potential of these psychoactive medicines have always been part of human culture

Session 2: The Psychedelic Renaissance

In recent years, the world has seen a resurgence in the study and application of psychedelic substances, particularly within therapeutic settings. This session explores the use of microdosing, the role of entheogens in mental health, and their efficacy in addiction recovery, PTSD treatment, and personal growth. Experts will discuss emerging therapies that merge science with traditional wisdom, and the expanding role of these substances in a holistic lifestyle and in mental health treatment.

Session 3: Shaping the Future of Entheogenic Medicine

The final session examines how these psychoactive substances might be safely integrated into both a broader lifestyle choice as well as in traditional healthcare applications. From accessibility and distribution to the evolving legal landscape, learn about the key factors influencing the future of entheogenic medicine. This discussion will explore the roles of science, spirituality, and law, in supporting the continued research and responsible use of these substances.

Join us to deepen your understanding of entheogens and their potential to enhance mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Whether you’re a researcher, practitioner, or a curious participant, the Entheogenic Medicine Symposium provides a space to connect, learn, and explore the dynamic world of entheogenic medicine.
