The Akashic Field: Lessons from Autism and Anomalous Cognition
In this keynote, Dr. Diane Hennacy draws on decades of research with autistic children and adults whose savant abilities, synesthesia, and heightened perception challenge conventional views of mind. She argues these extraordinary capacities reveal not only alternative realities but also the deeper structure of information itself. Building on her toroidal field model of the brain, she proposes that the mind can access coherent field-patterns—what mystical traditions call the “Akashic field.” Through case studies, neurobiology, and field-physics, she explores how ventricular systems and microtubules may function as decoders of nonlocal information.
Diane Hennacy, M.D. is the Johns Hopkins–trained neuropsychiatrist, expert on autism and savant syndrome, and author of The ESP Enigma: A Scientific Case for Psychic Phenomena whose work inspired The Telepathy Tapes. A former Harvard faculty member, she recently founded the Hennacy Institute to advance innovative research on human consciousness. She also serves on the Board of the Parapsychological Association and is a lifelong student of both science and ancient wisdom traditions.
