Ancient Elemental Healing Series Workshop

Benton's workshop is a transformative journey that delves into the ancient practices of elemental healing, spiritual hygiene, and the communion with the unseen world. The aim of which is to rejuvenate the mind, spirit, and heal the physical body. PART II - ELEMENTAL FIRE

This exploration of elemental fire explores its traditional shamanic use to purify the energy centers of the heart and solar plexus.

PART III - ELEMENTAL SPIRIT

This section establishes a connection to ancient forms of spirit, offering clarity, focus, and access to higher planes of existence.

PHYSICAL HEALING
