FREE LECTURE

Free Lectures are complementary to exhibitors until the Lecture Program is full. The FREE Lectures are 45 Minute presentations beginning every hour in four rooms over the three-day Expo. The room is equipped with Audio, PowerPoint, and a PC. Your presentation is published in the Program Guide and on the Expo website. The Lecture Grid fills up quickly, especially the prime times, and we encourage early booking to get your choice of Lecture times.

 FREE WORKSHOP

Available exclusively to advertisers who purchase a Full Page Ad in the Expo Program Guide. (An Exhibit Booth is NOT required.) The ‘Free Workshop’ consists of a ninety-minute presentation and is FREE to the general attendee. (Please note: All workshop content is screened for ‘appropriateness’ before an advertising contract is generated.} The room is equipped with Audio, PowerPoint, and a PC. Additionally, your presentation will be taped and available to you on DVD. The Workshop will be featured in the main Speaker section of the Program Guide, with your Ad featured nearby.

PAID KEYNOTE WORKSHOP & POST CONFERENCE

The Keynote Workshops are the same as the free workshops, except the workshop requires an additional ticket to attend. The Post Conference events are on Monday after the Expo ends on Sunday. The Speakers for these events are hand selected by the Expo Speaker Committee.
