Raising Your Vibe: Align with Your Authentic Self
At the Monroe Institute we believe as spiritual beings having a human experience, we tend to find more joy, peace and contentment, if we can live our lives in higher vibration levels. Sounds good but, where do you begin? In this workshop we will focus on seven areas that increase your ability to raise your vibration along with how this is done with the support of Monroe Sound Science audio technology:
5. Higher-Self Communication
6. Spiritual Divinity
7. Discovering and working with the X Factor
Why is it important to raise your vibration? Your vibrational state influences the lens in which you view your life and life experience. It influences how you experience life. Do you feel you are a victim? Are you quick to anger? Are you easily frustrated or offended? Or, do you respond to what is unfolding from a position of personal power with ease and love? By raising your vibration to align more with your desires, hopes and aspirations, you will naturally begin to attract experiences, people, situations that are aligned with your new more positive outlook. As you continue a practice of raising your vibration with the support of Monroe’s audio supported guided meditations, you can step away from fear and move more readily to living from your heart space. You can play more and have fun as you observe how your life reshapes itself, almost as if by magic without the past efforts and frustrations.
What happens to us (you know that thing we call life) doesn’t stop happening, what shifts is how we interpret and respond.
