During the Expo we have a unique opportunity to put our day-to-day lives aside for a few minutes and draw down the higher forces that are ready to participate in the human evolution. Let the magical world of spirit and beauty, of love and possibility, inform your consciousness as we gather for a worldwide celebration.

From the First Intention spoken at the beginning of the Ceremony

to Persian Sufi Dancer, Banafsheh Sayyad on Malibu Beach

to the powerful Invocation from a Peruvian Shaman

Join us as we bring the Great Spirit to the Expo, as we open a Portal to the Higher Dimensions, as we help heal the world.

Banafsheh is a Persian sacred dancer, choreographer, transformational teacher, Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and Founding Director of Dance of Oneness®. She is a deeply profound and highly accessible spiritual teacher of embodiment. Banafsheh is among the few bearers of authentic Persian dance in the world, and a pioneer in creating a liberated feminine expression in the Sufi dance genre previously performed only by men. Her modality, Dance of Oneness® is dance as a spiritual path and science of embodiment. It is a fusion of the art of dance: rigorous technique and self-expression; healing; and wisdom teachings. With a Masters of Fine Arts in Dance from UCLA and a Masters in Chinese Medicine, Banafsheh is dedicated to individual and collective healing through conscious dance. Her award-winning work has been presented in North America, Europe and Australia. Her dance film, In the Fire of Grace with Andrew Harvey traces Rumi's journey of the soul in dance. Banafsheh currently resides in Topanga CA and teaches courses online. Visit www.banafsheh.org for more information.

“Part whirling dervish, part flamenco femme fatale, sensuous and audacious, Banafsheh’s dance is a mesmerizing foray into the body as trance mechanism; a DNA strand, supple, fluid and noble, come to life.”
