Livestream FAQs



1.  How do I purchase a livestream ticket?

Here's are the 7 steps to complete the process:

  • Step 2: Select from the three channels which venue you would like to watch.  
  • Step 3:  A video frame will appear, click the BUY or LOG-IN button
  • Step 4:  Click SIGN UP to register, there are two ways to register:

Method #1:  Click SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE, enter your email or phone, click NEXT, then enter in your Google password, then click REGISTER.

Method #2:  Sign up method: enter your email address, confirm your email address, enter your full name, create a password (must be at least 8 characters), confirm your password. Check box I AGREE TO THE TERMS (terms can be found by clicking MORE. Then click REGISTER.

  • Step 5: Choose Your Price: select either of the two options: Full Weekend or daily, click NEXT.
  • Step 6: Credit Card window: Pay with your credit card or enter in a voucher code (double click + VOUCHER)
  • Step 7:  SUCCESS!  Click ACCESS CONTENT.

A video frame will appear,  the play button is in the center of the video frame as well as in the lower left hand corner, hover over with your cursor and it will pop up.  Other functions will appear, such as full screen, pause, volume and settings.  You can also manage your account by clicking on the ACCOUNT button.


2.  Do I need any special equipment?

Any device that you’ve been using to watch streaming videos should be more than adequate.  Recommended internet browsers are Mozilla's Firefox or Google Chrome.


3.  I've purchased a livestream ticket but can't get access, what do I do?

Go to the Livestream Landing Page.  You will see the grid for London (Channel 1), Los Angeles (Channel 2) and the Hispanic Program (Channel 3).  Select your paid content by clicking the day.  If you're logged out, log back in.


4.  I am having trouble logging in, what do I do?

Make sure you are using the same email and password you set up during registration and payment.  This will be the email on which you've received the registration and/or payment confirmation.  Make sure you are logging in on the same website where you made your purchase.  For Channel 1 (London) and Channel 2 (Los Angeles:  and for Channel 3 (Hispanic Program)


5.  I'm entering in the correct email and password and I still can't log in.

Try resetting your password.  Click FORGOT PASSWORD?    Enter your email and click RESET.  A new screen will appear.  Leave it open.  Check your email and retrieve a password reset token and enter this in the TOKEN field of the password reset window.  Click SET.


6.  Can I use another email to log in with?

You can't change your account's email once you've registered.  


7.  I have access to a Full Weekend, where do I log in each day?

Each day has it's own separate webpage.

8.  I'm having problems with poor streaming quality, what can I do to improve this?

There are several things you can try; refresh your browser page, disconnect all other devices connected to your network and disable all background applications currently running, clear you browser cache and cookies, access the website via private/incognito mode, try using a different web browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge, etc), make sure you are not using a VPN, restart your device, restart you router.


9.  Can I watch the livestream on another device?

You can enjoy your content on a PC, laptop, tablet, phone, or a support Smart TV regardless of where you've made your purchase originally.


10.  How long do I have access to the livestream on streaming playback?

Your access to these video replays will be available until December 31, 2021.


11.  I missed the livestream program, will I be able to purchase Video-On-Demand playback?

Yes, follow the How do I Purchase a Livestream Ticket instructions (FAQs #1).


12.  Refund policy

In case you have made a duplicate purchase using the same email address, or more than 80% of the content had issues, such as no sound, or poor sound and video quality, or the description didn't relate to the actual premium content, you may request for a refund within 72 hours from the original transaction.    InPlayer will not issue refunds based on personal reasons which may have prevented you from accessing the content.
