as the former 20-year General Counsel of the 2001 Disclosure Project;

as General Counsel of ‘The 2013 Citizens Public Hearings on Disclosure’ and  

as the current Attorney for Luis Elizondo, the Director of the 10-year top secret United States Pentagon's classified investigation of the UFO/ UAP Phenomenon.
