We use breath, sound, and movement to open ourselves up, to feel deeply, and express fearlessly. Collectively, we ground to enter into an optimal state of arousal and artfully help each other process individual and community emotions; To try something you have never done before to allow yourself to transform. Think of your body as an instrument that holds onto thoughts, emotions, and tension. The more room you make within yourself, the easier it is to have space for your authenticity to come through.
